Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the current state of education and motivation of employees in the field of quality in a selected company, and to provide suggestions for improvement. The analysis will be performed using secondary and primary research, which will be based on a questionnaire survey. The work will be divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical and practical part.
