Abstract

This thesis deals with the aplication of electronic signature in practice. The introduction discusses the theoretical basis of the aplication of electronic signature, which explains the basic concepts. The thesis is also dedicated to electronic signature legislation. They are explained in detail regulations and decrees relating to the electronic signature. Most attention has focused on the law of the electronic signature. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the aplication of electronic signature in practice. Mentioned are also potential problems with electronic signature. In this part is an analysis of the use of electronic signature. The analysis is applied research exploration type form of a questionnaire aimed at exploring the use of electronic signature in public administration. The results of this study are summarized in the resume. In this chapter, followed by suggestions for improving the current situation.
