Jednotka pro detekci bouřek a blesků

Abstract

Blesky jsou nebezpečný přírodní jev, který je schopen způsobit požár a jeho vyzařování ničí elektroniku, která není na tak silné výboje stavěna. V případě, kdy blesk uhodí do stavby, zvedne se její elektrický potenciál. Při následném uvedení na původní potenciál proudí vodivými cestami stavby velké vyrovnávací proudy. Tato práce se zabývá vytvořením a oživením nízkopříkonového detektoru blesku. Tento detektor je postaven na Freedomboardu od společnosti Freescale, který k detekci blesků využívá integrovaný obvod AS3935 od společnosti AMS.

Lightning strikes are dangerous natural phenomenon. They are capable of cousing fires and theirs radiation destroys the electronics that can't withstand so large electrical currents. In case lightning strikes a building. The building's electrical potential rises. Then large electrical currents flow through conductive pathes to return building's potential back to initial state. This thesis deals with creation and commissioning of lightning detector. This detector is based on Freedomboard made by Freescale, that is using integrated circuit AS3935 made by AMS to detect lightning strikes.
