Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on investment decision about building of a new weihgbridge for CZ LOKO in Jihlava. There are four possibilities of building. The thesis consists of knowledge from studies, ideas from specialized publications and practical work (according to consultations with specialists). There were used five important methods for evaluation of investment efficiency: Profitability index, internal rate of return, Net Present Value, pay-off period and rate of return on investment. All possibilities of building were compared by scoring method and job ranking method. According to them I found out that investment project is profitable and the company can realize it.
