Abstract

This thesis deals with the sources of fire water. It is divided into a theoretical part of the standardized according to applicable standards and a section on putting those standards into practice in the construction of fire safety of buildings. Work independently solves naturally occurring water sources, water supply for public use and multi-purpose fire or artificial reservoirs. The evaluation of the work is then assessed the suitability of various types of connection points for various types of buildings. In terms of practical application points to the advantages and disadvantages of different types of firefighting water sources and proposes the optimization of their choice, construction and maintenance.
