Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze the certification audit quality suggest possible improvements to the quality management system in the company. The theoretical part is focused on the quality management system (QMS) and audit. It explains the reasons for the interest of companies on the quality and implementation of quality management systems. This section outlines possible approaches to the QMS and ISO certification. The explanation is also the issue of the audit. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the certification audit quality and design improvements for QMS.
