Porovnání vybraných forem financování dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess and to select the optimal solution of long term assets financing. The subject of rating will be 6 variants of bank credits. The bachelor thesis is divided into 4 parts. In first there is characterized chosen company, its history and the purpose of given investment. In the second part there will be described the long term asset and chosen forms of long term asset financing. Third chapter includes methods for assessment of long term assets financing (method of annual percentual costs rate, increase coefficient and method of discounted expenses). In the last fourth chapter there is made the comparison and the selection of optimal financing form.
