Abstract

The objective of the final thesis was to carry out the appreciation of the enterprise before selling it in bankruptcy proceedings. In the theoretical part, I have described ways of how to solve the debtor's bankruptcy, mainly by means of bankruptcy proceedings according to the Slovak law N.7/2005 Coll on bankruptcy and restructuring. The practical part is devoted to the appreciation of Company being in bankruptcy. As sources of information, I have applied the expert opinion, the review of the accounts and finally the financial analysis of the organization. The outcome of the analysis and evaluation of the underlying materials was setting up a business plan.
