Hodnocení výkonnosti středního podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je hodnocením výkonnosti středního podniku v oblasti zdravotnictví. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní charakteristické rysy finanční výkonnosti. Jsou popsány metody bankrotní a bonitní, klíčových ukazatelé výkonnosti, součásti je i metoda BSC, spider analýza,metoda benchmarking, ukazatel EVA a statistická analýza. Praktická část je realizovaná za pomocí různých moderních metod, bankrotních a bonitních metod a jejich součásti je statistická analýza regresní přímky. V závěru práce vymezují dosažené výsledky a hodnotím výkonnost podniku a doporučují zavedení určité metody.

The aim of graduation thesis is to performance evaluationof medium size company in the health sector. Theoretical part is defined feature of financial performance. They are described bankruptcy and financial standing models,performance ratios, balanced scorecard, spider analysis, benchmarking and proggressive method EVA. The analytical part are used modern methods, bankruptcy and financial standing models and statistical analysis with regression line. And the end,they are described interpret analysis result of company and they are recommendation for company.
