Vliv brownfields na urbanistickou ekonomii sídla

Abstract

Práce se na počátku zabývá teoretickou rozvahou nad současnými poznatky z oblasti brownfieldů a urbanistické ekonomie. Dále jsou zmíněny teoretické metody měření vlivu brownfieldů na urbanistickou ekonomii sídla s tím, že tři metody jsou následně prakticky aplikovány na šest vybraných měst. Ze získaných poznatků jsou odvozeny obecné závěry, které jsou použitelné i pro ostatní města. Je zřejmé, že plochy brownfieldů ovlivňují urbanistickou ekonomii sídla velmi negativně. Z dostupných zdrojů však není známo, že by se v minulosti v podmínkách ČR někdo pokusil stanovit metodu či postup, jak tento vliv objektivně měřit. Práce tak navrhuje metodu analýzy městských rozpočtů, metodu měření neefektivně provozované dopravní a technické infrastruktury a s tím souvisejících nákladů a metodu matematického modelování. Cílem práce je tak zjistit, zda jsou tyto metody k uvedenému účelu použitelné, popř. která z nich je nejpřesnější a nejlépe aplikovatelná v praxi.

The work is focused on the theoretical balance sheet of current knowledge in the field of brownfield and urban economics. Theoretical methods for measuring of the brownfields impact on town urban economy are also mentioned there and three methods are applied then to almost six selected cities. The findings are summarized on the general conclusions applicable to other cities. It is obvious that brownfields affect urban areas economics very negatively. However, from the available sources, it is not known that anyone has ever tried to determine the method or process to objective measuring of this impact in the conditions of the Czech Republic in the past. So, the work proposes a method of municipals budgets analysis, a method of needlessly running transport and technical infrastructure measuring with the associated costs and the method of mathematical modelling. Determining whether these methods are useful for that purpose is the main aim of this work and then finding whichever of them is the most accurate and most applicable in practice as well.
