Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on marketing research of client satisfaction with the services of an industrial company. The research is carried out through the questioning method. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part describes the theory of marketing and marketing research. The practical part describes the company itself and, - subsequently, the procedure and results of the conducted marketing research. Based on these facts recommendations are submitted in order to increase customer satisfaction and consolidate the company's position on the market.
