Abstract

This master`s thesis deals with the identification of significant problems in the field of material resource planning in the emergency management system using the Delphi method. The theoretical part contains information about the processes and activities in planning and securing the necessary supplies for crisis management and describes the research method Delphi, and other techniques. The analytical part presents a comprehensive methodological procedure of the questionnaire survey, which guarantees the achievement of the set survey objectives. The master`s thesis aims to implement and evaluate a questionnaire survey, based on the results to identify critical areas, and prepare proposals for solutions or recommend modifications to processes and activities in the system of material resource planning.
