Abstract

Name of the bachelor thesis: Recovery of Debts in Distraint order Performed by Proving Executor The topic of of my bachelor thesis is recovery of claims in the execution proceedings by the judicial executor. Bachelor thesis is divided into three main chapters. In the second chapter, I dealt with theories and concepts of execution proceedings, in the next chapter, I present the execution methods, which can enforce a claim under the current legislation. The fourth chapter explains progress of execution with practical examples, analyzes the statistics of ordered and discontinued executions in individual years and compares an increase in recovery. In the end of the thesis is recommended to all future authorized persons to don't wait with their claims and is recommended that borrowers make on their debts responsibly and try to resolve their debts on time.
