Bezpečná přeprava pohonných hmot po silnici podle smlouvy ADR

Abstract

Submitted bachelor thesis deals with safe carriage of fuel by road according to the European Agreement ADR. The objective of the thesis was to design organizational and technical measures to increase safety in carriage of fuel by road. The theoretical part is focused on legislation and the fundamental obligations of carriers transporting hazardous substances by road. In the practical part, a check of system ensuring safety in carriage of fuel according to ADR was made in company ADW AGRO Inc. Further, statistics of traffic accidents in the Czech Republic and the main causes of accidents during carriage of ADR were collected. Based on performed examination in the company ADW AGRO Inc. and gained statistics, organizational and technical measures to increase the safety of road carriage of fuel were suggested.
