Zadlužování zaměstnanců v podmínkách ČSSZ

Abstract

Health instance is governed by the Act No. 187/2006 Code that came into force on January 1, 2009 and thus replaced the legal status valid for more than 50 years. The main objektive of this bachelor thesis is to highlight the growing trend of sickness benefits with the execution deductions, and to explain in detail the calculation of these deductions. Part of this thesis are calculations of execution deductions on specific examples, analysis of deductions carries out within CSSZ execution agenda in years 2011 – 2015, and analysis of financial literacy of population. In conclusion of the thesis there are listed the most common reasons leading to indebtedness together with recommendations how to prevent debts.
