Smogová situace na území města Ostravy a návrh opatření k jejímu omezení či zamezení

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is aimed on smog situation issue in Ostrava city area and its influence on population health, environment and whether state of emergency should be declared. First part of the thesis explains theoretical terms that applies to the issue. Next parts consist of description and delimitation of the area that is analyzed for possible duration of smog situation and further it is described with what the situation is influenced and caused and how the beginning and end is announced. Further it is described in what cases state of emergency should be declared under smog situation. In the last part of the thesis you can find programmes that deal with reduction of emission such as national programme, regional programme and other Ostrava city activities in this issue.
