Požární zásah a evakuace ve vybraném zařízení pro mentálně postižené, chronicky duševně nemocné a trpící demencí

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the fire response and evacuation facilities for the mentally handicapped, chronically mentally ill and people suffering with dementia. The thesis is divided into 7 parts. The first part describes the provision of medical and social services in ČR. In the second part is characterized the target group of clients in Department. The next part describes the communication methods and channels of communication with handicapped people. In the fourth part there is described the Social institution in Šebetov. The following part deals with the evacuation. The sixth part describes tactical exercises. In the last part is a summary including findings and proposals about what could be improved in order to make the fire evacuation more effective.
