Návrh a implementace projektové šablony žádosti projektu Erasmus+

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with mobility project granted by European union. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a template describing in detail all the necessary steps in creation of projects belonging to Erasmus+ program to better understand this process by people who decide to create this kind of a project for the first time. Along with this there is another aim which is to apply the steps of the template to the particular designed project. First, the theoretical and methodological bases of project management are described, followed by an analysis of the Erasmus environment. Based on these findings, the project template is designed in the application section.
