Analýza zdrojů požární vody v Mostě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and description of the current state of fire water sources in Most. In the first part, the legislative requirements concerning fire water sources in the Czech Republic are presented, as well as the basic legislation of the neighboring states of the Czech Republic. It then focuses on the different types of fire water sources, including external intake points, but also natural and artificial sources such as hydrants, watercourses or other sources of fire water. The thesis also includes an assessment of fire water sources in the City of Most, who provides management of these sources. The work focuses on the analysis of fire water sources in the assessed area, where the flow rate of fire hydrants was evaluated, as well as the quality of water in the water distribution network and finally suggestions for improving the issue of fire water sources in Most.
