Řízení BOZP u externích firem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on a topic of Health and safety management by external companies where one or more contractors or subcontractors carry out the working activity by submitter such as the building – up, the maintenance or the production. In a theoretical part, there are defined basic terms such as the contractor, the external company, the coordinator, the audit and the training. There are also discussed stipulated obligations of the particular parties who participate in the orders, from a side the submitter and the contractor under the valid legislation. The following chapters are focused on a sphere of the employees training, the safety audits, control of premises and workplaces of the external companies. In a practical part of the thesis, there is elaborated a study in the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. concerning the health and safety management and controls of the external companies In a conclusion there is presented the occupational injuries statistics of the contractors and the stipulated countermeasures for the Health and safety management improvement.
