Abstract

Modern swimming pools are not only the place serving the sport activities but they offer many opportunities to relax and have a fun as well. Therefore classical swimming pools have to extend their services offer to be able to compete. The diploma thesis deals with the service offer extension of swimming pool complex in Přerov. The aim was to verify the interest on new services and also find out the suggestion for services offer extension that will lead to increasing of customer satisfaction. Firstly, the method of the oral interview was chosen for determination of customer satisfaction with current service offer as well as the determination of interest in new service offer. Subsequently, the focus group method was used in order to get further proposals for the service offer extension of the swimming pool On the base of the processed data, new proposals divided into several categories (such as attractions, relaxation etc.) were designed.
