Abstract

The data boxes implementation has presented an important step in the electronization and modernization of the Czech public authority. This Bachelor thesis brings the information from the theoretical and practical parts which represents the definition and the history of the data boxes. Furthermore it clears the risks and electronic documents processing quality chapters and the data boxes implementation for the bank products – the garnishment and the bank information is the last chapter in this part. The main topic has been practical part which has been focused on the labor productivity and the cost analysis which have been influenced by the data boxes implementation. The conclusion has been dedicated to the results of the analysis results and the recommendations which are suitable for the consideration or the possible realisation.
