Analýza investičního záměru modernizace kapacit zemědělského podniku

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment intention of modernizing the capacities of a selected agricultural company focused on the breeding of pigs for slaughter. The solution of the chosen problem is elaborated in the form technical-economic study, on the basis of which the substantive and economic justification of the investment project will be evaluated. To evaluate the economic efficiency of the project, the net present value, the internal rate of return, the payback period and the profitability index were applied. Based on the results of the technical and economic study of the investment plan, it was recommended that the intended project be accepted by the company management. The results of this diploma thesis give the company management a comprehensive view of the project for a decision about its implementation.
