Implementace AI agentů do rezervačního systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací inteligentních prvků do rezervačního systému ProPůjčovny.cz s využitím moderních technik umělé inteligence a multiagentních systémů. V teoretické části je popsán současný stav jazykových modelů a jejich praktického využití v e-commerce řešeních. Praktická část popisuje návrh architektury, která odděluje stabilní jádro aplikace od AI logiky, ve které byly implementovány čtyři komponenty: generátor produktových textů, e-mailový asistent pro automatizaci objednávek, asistent pro stylování šablon a vlastní uzly pro platformu n8n.

This master's thesis addresses the design and implementation of intelligent features into the ProPůjčovny.cz reservation system using modern artificial intelligence and multi-agent system techniques. The theoretical part describes the current state of language models and their practical application in e-commerce solutions. The practical part details the design of an architecture that separates the stable application core from the AI logic, within which four components were implemented: a product text generator, an email assistant for order automation, a template styling assistant, and custom nodes for the n8n platform.
