Abstract

The subjekt of this dissertation is preparing documentation for constructing of building according to regulation nr. 499/2006, modification 62/2013 in compliance with apendix nr. 6 for 3-floor residential house with a cellar and with flat roof from truss wooden tie beam. Ground plan proportions with disposition of residential house are evident in prepared project documentation. Selected building constructions were judged in programs „Stavební fyzika – Teplo 2010“ and „Area 2010“. All constructions satisfied all requirements. Total construction time of residential house was suggested in time schedule as 299 working days. Total price for construction of residential house is CZK 14 433 757,47 excluding VAT. Total price including 15% VAT amounts to CZK 16 598 821,17.
