Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the acquisition and processing of data for the Digital Technical Map of the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic for a section of the I/49 road located in the Zlín Region. The main objective of the thesis was to transform data obtained by mobile mapping into the form of a digital technical map in accordance with the B9 data specification. The theoretical part focuses on the concept of digital technical maps, principles of mobile mapping, and methods of spatial data acquisition. The practical part addresses the processing of data from a mobile mapping system, their refinement, point cloud evaluation, and the creation of vector drawings. The result of the thesis is a digital technical map of the studied section, which was successfully recorded in the DTM ŘSD information system.
