Abstract

This bachelor thesis in her introduction deals with the labour market in the Czech republic from the perspective of economic and sociological. Her next section focuses on the main objectives of the European Union, which wants in unemployment politcs achieve full employment, improve the quality and labour productivity, enhance attractiveness of work and ensure attractiveness of work for people seeking employment. Also wants to improve adapting to the needs of labour market, enhance and streamline investment in human capital and adapt the education system and training new qualification requirements. Center of gravity of this work lies in her final part, which focuses implementation European strategy of employment in Czech republic.
