Stratégia a rast portfólia v stavebnej firme

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou strategie a růstu portfolia ve stavební firmě. Cílem práce je poukázat na význam správně nastavené strategie a vhodně strukturovaného portfolia jako klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících růst, stabilitu a ziskovost podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů, charakteristice stavebního sektoru a identifikaci faktorů, které ovlivňují strategické řízení a tvorbu portfolia podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu konkrétní stavební firmy, přičemž pozornost je věnována jejímu strategickému směřování a struktuře portfolia. V rámci metodiky práce byly využity analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí (SWOT a PEST analýza), jakož i finanční analýza účetních výkazů, která umožnila zhodnotit vývoj finanční situace podniku. Součástí výzkumu bylo také přímé seznámení se s firemním prostředím a organizační kulturou. Na základě získaných poznatků byly identifikovány silné a slabé stránky podniku a následně formulována doporučení zaměřená na odstranění nedostatků a podporu dalšího rozvoje firmy. Implementace navržených opatření a zpětná vazba od vedení podniku poukazují na jejich přínos v oblasti zvýšení efektivity procesů a lepšího naplňování strategických cílů.

The bachelor’s thesis addresses the issue of strategy and portfolio growth in a construction company. The aim of the thesis is to emphasize the importance of a properly defined strategy and a well-structured portfolio as key factors influencing the growth, stability, and profitability of a business. The theoretical part focuses on defining fundamental concepts, characterizing the construction sector, and identifying factors that influence strategic management and portfolio formation. The practical part is focused on the analysis of a specific construction company, paying attention to its strategic direction and portfolio structure. Within the chosen methodology, analyses of the internal and external environment (SWOT and PEST analysis) were conducted, along with a financial analysis of the company’s financial statements, which made it possible to evaluate the development of its financial situation. The research also included direct familiarization with the company’s environment and organizational culture. Based on the findings, the strengths and weaknesses of the company were identified, and recommendations aimed at eliminating shortcomings and supporting further development were subsequently formulated. The implementation of the proposed measures and feedback from the company’s management indicate their contribution to improving process efficiency and achieving strategic objectives more effectively.
