Zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v podniku služeb

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektivnosti investičního projektu v podniku služeb. Konkrétně se jedná o pořízení podnikové čerpací stanice pohonných hmot, kdy zdroj financování je předem daný (jedná se o financování formou vlastního kapitálu-nerozděleným ziskem). Po úvodu následuje teoretická část. Prostor je dále věnován charakteristice konkrétního podniku a investice. Těžištěm celé práce je praktické použití metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic uvedených v teoretické části. Výstupem práce je shrnutí dosažených výsledků včetně jejich interpretace v části Návrhy a doporučení. Na základě všech provedených metod hodnocení efektivnosti investice lze jednoznačně realizaci investičního záměru doporučit. Práce je ukončena Závěrem.

This thesis deals with an effectiveness evaluation of the investment project in the business services. Specially it is about purchasing the company gas station where the source of funding is predetermined (equity funding-by retained earnings). After an Introduction follows the theoretical part. Space is then devoted to the characteristic of the concrete company and investment. The focus of the thesis is the practical usage of the Investment Methods for Investment Evaluation. The output of the thesis is the summary of archieved results including their interpretation in a part called Suggestions and Recommendations. Based on all executed evaluation methods the investment plan can be definitely recommended. The thesis is finished with the Conclusion.
