Vinařská tradice Slovácka a její využitelnost v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

The aim of this work is to describe what influence have wine traditions on the present tourism and also to find out possible deficits, which could be eliminated in the future in order to help in the development of the wine-making in region of Moravian Slovakia. This work contains conditions that are important for the quality of localy produced wines. Furthermore this work also describes actions connected with consumation of wine together with local folklore, which is closely linked.
