Abstract

The thesis focuses on designing a multi-span composite steel and concrete road bridge which should replace the present one being no longer suitable. The location where the bridge should be constructed is in the Moravian-Silesian Region, within the cadastre area of the Sklenov village. The construction transferring II/486 Hukvaldy-Dolni Sklenov road bridges the Ondrejnice river. The thesis includes analysis of the present-day bridge construction, selection of the supporting system, designing and modelling a new bridge construction, calculating bridge load, proposing combinations of load and analysis individual construction cross-sections and details. The author of the thesis has made use of knowledge acquired in the course of niversity study.
