Perspektivy a rozvoj řízení lidských zdrojů ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na perspektivy a rozvoj řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku Technické služby ve Frýdku-Místku. Cílem práce je zmapovat současný stav řízení lidských zdrojů v podniku, posoudit užívané postupy v rozvojové perspektivě a navrhnout podniku doporučení pro zlepšení této oblasti. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici řízení lidských zdrojů, jeho systémy, účel a přístupy a dále na lidský kapitál, lidský potenciál a vzdělávání pracovníků. V analytické části je specifikován předmět analýzy, její postupy a metody a nakonec interpretace výsledků. V závěrečné časti jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení systému řízení lidských zdrojů.

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the perspectives and development of the human resource management in the joint-stock company “Technické služby Frýdek-Místek“. The aim of the thesis is to map the current situation of the human resource management in the enterprise, to assess the procedures used in developing perspective and to suggest recommendations for improvement in this enterprise area. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the human resource management, its systems, purpose and approaches as well as on the human capital, human potential and the employee education system. In the analytical part there are specified the object of analysis, its procedures and methods and finally the interpretation of results. The conclusion contains proposals for improving the system of human resource management.
