Abstract

My object in this work is to describe the problems of deepening of vertical mine workings (pits) on Karviná Mine, plant Lazy comprehensively and afterwards process the necessary documentation for opening of the Heřman seam (No. 424) from the level No. 10. The first part of my thesis deals applies to the description of the mining area in response to the deepening of vertical mine workings. Another part of my thesis deals with the working procedures in the specific consecutive steps including determination of optimal technologies for these individual activities. The conclusion of the thesis is focused to the description of the achieved results and their evaluation.
