Toxické kovy v půdě

Abstract

This thesis deals with the relationship between toxic metals and soil. The first part deals with soil. It outlines its origin, composition and ultimately characterizes chemical processes occurring in it. It also explains how these processes affect mobility of toxic metals. The next chapter describes the possible ways of entering metals into soil with an emphasis on anthropogenic activities. Following chapter is devoted to the methodology of proper soil sampling and treatment into analysable form. In the last part this thesis characterizes in detail the most commonly used methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of toxic metals, their principles and components.
