Thesis Innovations in KOH-I-NOOR Inc.” discusses about the innovations in company in Prague producing haberdashery. The theoretical part deals with the history of innovation, the segmentation process, organizational, product and marketing, financing, innovation and innovation process. The practical part details the company's history and an analysis of the current situation suggests a specific process, organization, product and marketing innovations, which could have positive affect on the future development of the company.
