Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluating employee motivation and the remuneration system in a selected woodworking company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts in the field of motivation and remuneration. The practical part includes an analysis of the current situation in the company and a questionnaire survey among employees. Based on the collected data, recommendations are proposed to improve the remuneration system and increase employee satisfaction.
