Abstract

Subject of diploma thesis is education and development of employees, concretely evaluation of competencies of lecteurs in the OKD, Inc. Main goal is to analyse the quality of selected competencies, evaluate the gathered info and on the basis of results, suggest precautions, which could eliminate critical competencies.

First part is an introduction, which identifies main problematic, next part contains theoretical bases, which are necessary for build – up the thesis. Third part include main info about company, where the research is performed. Fourth, pracital part, is focused on independent evaluation of competencies of lecteurs, using methods of observation, interview and questionnarie. Fifth part contain suggestions and recommendations for the company, how to eliminane possible risks. Final part of thesis contains the summary.
