Volba zdroje financování investičního projektu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the submitted bachelor thesis is to choose the source of financing for a specific investment project in a selected company. This objective is achieved by use the present value method. The resulting values are quantified by discounting all expenditures over the discount factor and the selection of the most optimal source for financing the investment project is made on the basis of the smallest final results, the least financial demands. The bachelor thesis is divided into five main chapters. The first one is an introduction, the second one is focused on the theory of investment decision – making, the third chapter introduces a specific construction company and compares this company within the entire construction industry. The fourth chapter contains the characteristics of a specific investment project of a selected company and according to individual conditions for a bank loan and financial leasing, all the results of present values of expenditures on individual sources of financing are calculated. The output of the fourth chapter is a proposal and recommendations of which direction to take in the case of investment financing. The last, fifth chapter is the conclusion of the bachelor thesis.
