Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for an apartment building at the stage for construction according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. It is a basement apartment building with three above-ground floors and eighteen residential units. The content of the documentation in the construction stage is a technical report and a drawing part. Part of the bachelor's thesis is also a thermal technical assessment of perimeter constructions according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [18] and a static calculation of one selected structural element – a reinforced concrete staircase.
