| dc.description.abstract | V předložené práci je zpracováno zaměření a následné vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro vyznačení budovy v katastrálním území Chomutov I. Pro zpracování byly použity programy GROMA a KOKEŠ s nadstavbou GEPLAN. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, kde popisuji veškeré náležitosti geometrického plánu podle platné katastrální vyhlášky č.357/2013 Sb., a praktickou část, v níž byl vytvořen geometrický plán, který slouží pro zápis do katastru nemovitostí. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with survey and geometric plan creation of a building in the cadastral area Chomutov I for its designation. Software GROMA and KOKES with GEPLAN module were used for data processing. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical parts. Requirements of a geometric plan according to effective cadastral regulation no. 357/2013 Collection of Laws are described in the theoretical part. The geometric plan creation used for building registration into Cadaster of Real Estate is described in the practical part of the thesis. | en |
