Benchmarking finančního zdraví vybraných společností

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem zhodnocení finančního zdraví České průmyslové zdravotní pojišťovny s cílem teoreticky stanovit obsahovou náplň užívaných nástrojů a metod, které jsou následně použity pro zpracování praktické části práce. V teoretické části práce jsou charakterizovány zvolené metody a nástroje finanční analýzy a benchmarkingu prostřednictvím literární rešerše. Praktická část se zabývá uplatněním teoretických poznatků, s následnou realizací mezioborového srovnání finančního zdraví s přímou konkurencí v oboru. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti a navržena opatření ke zlepšení.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of assessing the financial health of Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company with the purpose of theoretically determining the content of the tools and methods used that are later applied in the practical part of this thesis. The theoretical part describes the used tools and the methods of the financial analysis and benchmarking through a literature review. The practical part deals with the application of the theoretical knowledge, followed by an interdisciplinary comparison of the financial health against the direct competition in the field. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the company and provides measures for improvement.
