Abstract

The submitted thesis focuses on an analysis of a marketing mix of a selected vehicle testing station. Based on a theoretical definition of the marketing mix, theoretical knowledge is applied to the vehicle testing station in Litvínov. Measures have been proposed based on a performed analysis and marketing research. Implementation of an inspection station for emission measurement is the most significant proposal. Customers’ opinions on implementation of the new service are included in the chapter called „Summary and Evaluation of Questionnaires“. For the new measures, the thesis also specifies costs in relation to purchase of new, not only technical, equipment. The final part summarizes all knowledge of the thesis
