Abstract

VOLNÁ, S. Family house on Topolová Street: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava:VŠB - Technical University Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2024, Bachelor thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Aleš Vojtasík. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house in the village of Horní Těrlicko according to Decree 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings. This building is located in the cadastral area of Horní Těrlicko on the plot number 3925/6. The study carried out in the subject of Atelier Production 1, which was taken over into Atelier Production 5, where it was more elaborated, serves as the basis for the preparation of the project documentation. The design of the house is focused on the search for current trends in housing, the design of the layout, the design of the facade and the concept of the interior, so that it allows comfortable living for a family of four.
