Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the valuation of property. Examination of all possibilites of valuation of properities is among the most important parts of this thesis. Other crucial aspects which have influence on the valuation, such as rate of usability and consequential decision which possibility will be the best for our price calculation, are also included. The main goal of thesis is settling of the price of particular estate on premediately choosen place. Teoretical part of this thesis define conditions and legal Framework influencing valuating of property. Finally there will be a comparation of certain insertions, description of fluctuating aspects of prices and settling of the price of the properity we have choosen in the practical part of this thesis.
