Analýza procesů skladování a expedice hotových výrobků středojemné válcovny

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze procesů skladování a expedice hotových výrobků středojemné válcovny v hutním podniku Liberty Ostrava a.s. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu navrhnout řešení na zvýšení efektivity skladování a expedice hotových výrobků. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým seznámením s oblastí logistiky, pod kterou skladování a expedice spadá, a dále jsou popsány tyto samotné procesy. Druhá, praktická, část nejdříve obeznamuje s provozem středojemné válcovny a poté je popsán současný stav naskladňování a expedice. Následně jsou identifikována slabá místa, na jejichž základě je vypracován a vyhodnocen nový způsob řešení k odstranění těchto slabých míst.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the processes of storage and shipment of finished products of a medium and fine section mill in the metallurgical company Liberty Ostrava a.s. The objective of the work is to propose on the base of the analysis of the current state solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of storage and shipment of finished products. The first part of the work deals with a theoretical introduction to the field of logistics, which includes warehousing and shipment. It further describes these processes as such. The second, practical, part first describes the operation of the medium and fine section mill and then the current state of storage and shipment. Subsequently, weak points and bottlenecks are identified, based on which a new solution aimed at the elimination of these weaknesses is developed and evaluated.
