Abstract

This thesis addresses the calculation of the cost of demolition of the unfinished skeleton object. In the first part I deal with the compilation of the actual building construction and demolition documentation, including the text. Furthermore, the thesis deals with choosing the optimal method of demolition of the building and design of technological regulation of demolition work. In the next section I compiled the balance of the main sources for the demolition, which includes resources entering the demolition process at each stage. And in the last section on the balance of the main sources of technological regulation and demolition work I compiled an itemized budget for demolition work and the timetable for the demolition.
