Abstract

This work is focused on the protection of Trade Secret in Czech Law. The aim of this work is to describe the evolution of trade secrets, compare and find differences in the various stages of development and think about why these differences arose. Then describe in detail the current form of legal protection of trade secrets. Resources used for the purpose of developing the work, are especially specialized publications in the field of topic. Publications are new and older, make it possible to make historical comparisons.
