Řízení zásob v podniku

Abstract

Cílem bylo zjistit, jak probíhá nákup, analyzovat zásoby metodou ABC a navrhnout varianty na zlepšení. V první části tedy teoretické, je popsán proces nákupu a následně rozebrány základní metody řízení zásob včetně jejích výhod a nevýhod. Analytická část obsahuje charakteristiku firmy ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a. s., její historii, předmět podnikání a dosažené certifikáty. Zabývala jsem se nákupem materiálových zásob ve společnosti. Na základě údajů, které byly firmou poskytnuty, bylo stěžejním úkolem práce provést analýzu zásob pomocí metody ABC a následně doporučit návrh na zlepšení.

The aim was to find out how the purchase is proceeded, to analyze the inventory by ABC method and to propose some variants of improvements. In the first part, the theoretical one, there is described the process of purchase and also the basic methods of inventory control including theirs advantages and disadvantages. The analytical part includes the characteristic of ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a. s. company, the history, the subject of enterprise and certificates acquired. I dealed with the purchase of material inventory in the company. On the basis of data which were given to me by the company the fundamental task of my work was to analyse the inventory by the help of the ABC method and to make improvement suggestion in consequence.
