Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to design and implement a new printing solution in the conditions of the company, including a description of the individual parts needed to operate the entire information system. It is a consolidated, robust product with the ability to manage all network printing from YSoft SafeQ. Using a workflow solution platform for digital business transformation and enterprise infrastructure, it will be designed to be further flexible and scalable to meet current and future needs of the company, and also comply with legislative compliance and document security risks and personal data protection measures such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The final implementation will require better print management, centralization, security, mobility and cost-effectiveness.
