Bonita obce Vřesina

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí obec Vřesinu v letech 2006 až 2008. Práce využívá k hodnocení tzv. metodu bonity. Existují 3 bonitní metody, přičemž práce využívá dvě z nich. Za nejvhodnější lze považovat bilančně majetkovou metodu, která komplexně hodnotí tři základní oblasti (hospodaření obce, velikost majetku a rozvojové podmínky). Metoda nedostatečně hodnotí hospodaření obce. Finanční stránka je hodnocena finanční metodou. Bilančně majetková metoda rozlišuje krátkodobý a dlouhodobý pohled. Obec Vřesina dosáhla průměrného ohodnocení v celorepublikovém srovnání. Obec by měla především zadat k vypracování územní plán a dokončit výstavbu kanalizace.

This diploma thesis assesses the municipality of Vřesina in the years 2006 – 2008. There are 3 methods for evaluating the creditworthiness whereas the thesis makes use of only two of them. The most suitable one may be considered the assets balance method which provides a comprehensive assessment of the three basic fields (municipal management, total assets and development conditions). This method insufficiently assess municipal managment. Financial aspects are assessed by financial method. The assets balance method distinguishes a short-term and a long-term perspective. The municipality of Vřesina has reached an average assessment in republic-wide comparison. The municipality should assign the creation of land use plan and finish the building of the sewerage.
